I have been teaching at Goderich DCI since September 1987 (my whole career). My first classroom had 20 Commodore Pet computers for 30 students. Things have changed a little since then.
I remember my first internet connection in my classroom (around 1992) when we ran a phone line to my classroom using the fax line (also pretty new to the school) so we could 'connect' to the 'internet'. This was even pre web / web browser days - it was text only but fascinating. I would add a picture about it here - but digital cameras did not show up until about 1998 in my classroom.
I try to incorporate some social networking into all my classes, but according to Will I need to do alot more.
